Cemetery

The cemetery at St Jude’s has served the people of this area of Toronto for over 200 years,

and remains in use today.  We are fortunate to offer both full size graves and cremation plots.

The Parish of St Jude’s has a Cemetery Board which oversees cemetery policies and the care and

maintenance of the cemetery according to the guidelines of the Cemeteries Act of the Government of Ontario.

For further information on available plots and rates, please contact Ken Drope (chair) or

The Rev. Greg Carpenter through the parish office at 416-755-5872.

Planning a Funeral or Memorial Service

When a death occurs, there are many emotions you may face and even more details in the planning and

preparation for a funeral or memorial service.

We are here to help you to plan the service, offer a place for a reception and

to journey with you as you face the days to come.

There may be prearrangements made either with a funeral home or in the parish office.

Please inquire with the Parish Secretary in the office to see if we can help with that information.

If you would like to have a service in the Church, please check with The Rev. Greg Carpenter and

the Parish Secretary to find a time when the Church is available as early as possible.

To contact the office, please call 416-755-7528, or click to email .

St Jude’s is happy to offer space to hold a reception after the service.

If you would like more information on how The Church of St Jude’s may help you in

planning a funeral or memorial service, please consult this brochure that may help answer other questions you may have.
